As founder and CEO of Reibus International, John Armstrong leads an organization that is reshaping the metals industry. Armstrong spent his formative years in Scotland, where he developed his passion for road cycling, in which he competed at an international level before finding his calling as an entrepreneur. As an innovator, strategist, and problem-solver, Armstrong is known for developing companies into category leaders by challenging the status quo. John previously designed and implementing growth and efficiency programs in key positions with brands such as Sainsbury's, Saint Gobain and Omnimax. Armstrong founded Reibus in 2018 to do two things: provide customer-focused solutions to the supply chain issues that plague the metals industry, and be the best place its employees would ever work. Today, John resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
John Blount has over 25 years of experience leading and representing major corporations in manufacturing and logistics. John began his career as a commercial litigator, then later took an in-house position with Allied Holdings. Allied was perpetually in crisis, giving John an opportunity to contribute across the entire company. At various times, John was responsible for Legal, HR, Risk, Compliance, Labor Relations, and IT. He guided Allied through two bankruptcies, ultimately becoming the company’s CEO. In addition to his time at Allied, John served at Omnimax as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary, and General Counsel. It was here that John became intimately familiar with the structural problems of the industrial supply chain. John co-founded Reibus initially as COO, responsible for operational and administrative oversight. John’s proudest accomplishment at Reibus is his role in creating and sustaining the Reibus culture. In his new role as CXO, John now devotes his time to Reibus’s most valuable asset: people.
Jon Haley is an accomplished global sales and revenue growth leader with over thirty years of experience. He is a servant-leader who takes pride in bringing out the best in each member of his team. Jon brings a concentrated focus and discipline to the sales process to maximize win-win outcomes for the company and his customers. Jon’s career began as an Inside Sales Representative with Georgia-Pacific’s distribution division, before progressing into Enterprise sales with GAF Materials. Senior management roles followed with OEMs at the Jim Pattison Group and with Omnimax International where he led teams generating over $1B in ARR. Jon leverages his wide variety of experience to empathize and connect with customers from every channel. Four years ago, Jon co-founded Reibus International and built the commercial revenue strategy and process from scratch. Reibus has experienced rapid revenue growth during Jon’s tenure as CRO, exceeding five hundred percent growth year over year.
